I forgot to share the video of Hannah Bear jumping off the diving board into the deep end (without a floaty). Gracie (Hannah's BFF) has been teaching her all kinds of tricks in the pool. I'm sure someday we will be watching them in the Olympics LOL.

Fun in the sun !!!!

YEAH!!! Summer is here . We have been keeping busy with friends playing in the sun. Hannah is officially a 2nd grader now and her Daddy and I are so proud of her for bringing home great report card. Payton is so into her friends and starting to become a Daddy's girl (just like her sister). Chris and I are getting ready for a trip to Texas the first part of July (the girls are spending the week with their Papa). We have also started Financial Peace by Dave Ramsey with our wonderful group of friends in our bible study. In August we are planning a family camping trip along with The Isley's YIKES I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and yes going camping :). At the end of August Chris and I are getting baptized together in the river we are so excited about that :). We hope all of you are enjoying this beautiful summer we are having . Here are a few pictures of the girls swimming in Mike and Katy's pool, they have so much fun in the water.

Happy Easter !!

I hope all of you are having a wonderful Easter holiday. The girls woke up very early today in excitement over what the Easter Bunny had left them "BIKES !!!" was their reaction. Hannah just loves her bright purple Hannah Montana bike and Payton hasn't stopped riding her Dora bike (only to go to church). I'm thinking she may want to sleep on her bike tonight:). Today we are going to spend the day watching The Masters on the Golf channel and play a few board games while Payton rides her bike in circles around the kitchen table LOL.

Surprise !!!!

Last night on our way home from the gym we told the girls we had a surprise. Hannah was sure it was ice cream however Mommy and Daddy had a different plan. All week we have been asking the girls if they would like to add to our family and Hannah thought we were adopting a baby brother LOL . As we turned into the parking lot Chris told the girls we were going to Home Depot to get a new door knob, much to their surprise we parked outside of Petco. We turned around and told the girls we were adopting a hamster :) (The look on their faces were priceless). So I want to introduce Griffey ( I wonder who named him) and he lives upstairs in the baseball room. Let me tell you he runs just like Griffey too, I dont think he jumped off his wheel at all during the night.

Bowling anyone!!!

We spent our family day bowling and we had a blast. Every Sunday we try to find fun things to do as a family sometimes we stay home and play games and sometimes we go to the movies but this Sunday we went bowling ( I LOVE bowling). Hannah did very well by the end of the night she had two strikes on her score card :) good job Bear!! And Chris beat me by 30 points . All in all a good time was had by all. Payton did not want to bowl I'm sure its because she was too busy with her chocolate chip cookie and chocolate milk. Oh and the picture of Chris was Daddy being silly wearing Hannah Montana glasses I think they are definitely his look :) !!!

"Daddys are a girls best friend"

Tonight was the 13th Annual Father Daughter Ball held by one of our local churches. Chris, Hannah, and Payton started out the night with dinner at Tony Roma's ( the girls LOVE their mac and cheese!). Then they were off to dance the night away. I asked the girls what their favorite part of the night was and they both said "dancing with daddy". From what I hear Payton danced the majority of the night on daddy's shoulders. When they all arrived at home Payton was sleeping in the van and Hannah was so tired she crawled up the stairs. As I was putting their jammies on Payton said "Can we go to the Father Daughter Ball tomorrow". Daddy and his two princess' had the time of their lives. :) I just love hearing about their special night. They are all eagerly waiting for next year.
